See Ya There is operated by Bird Studios LLC (“we”, “us”). By using our website or apps you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use See Ya There.
What we provide
See Ya There is a free service that shows happy hours and specials gathered from restaurants’ public websites. It is for information only. We are not affiliated with the restaurants we list unless we say so, and restaurant names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Accuracy
Restaurants change their offers, prices and hours, and what we show may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm with the restaurant before you go. Each restaurant decides whether to honor an offer; we can’t guarantee any deal. Times are shown in the restaurant’s local time. Ordering alcohol requires being of legal drinking age; please drink responsibly.
Acceptable use
You may use See Ya There for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, collect or republish our listings or deal information, by hand or by automated means;
- access the service with bots or scripts, or get around its security checks, access controls or usage limits;
- reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service or its systems;
- use the service for anything unlawful or misleading.
Our content
The See Ya There service, including its design, software, and the way listings are gathered, organized and presented, belongs to Bird Studios LLC. We give you a personal, revocable permission to use it under these terms.
Other sites and ads
See Ya There links to restaurant websites and other services, and may show ads from Google and its partners. We don’t control those sites or ads and aren’t responsible for them. How we and our partners handle information is described in our Privacy page.
No warranty
See Ya There is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bird Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of See Ya There or your reliance on its listings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using See Ya There after a change means you accept the updated terms.
